SUIBE held a video meeting on pandemic prevention and control on March 22. Yin Yao, Chairman of the University Council of SUIBE and head of the SUIBE leading group of pandemic prevention and control addressed the meeting. On-duty SUIBE leaders on the two campuses of the university physically attended the meeting, and others joined it via a video link. The meeting was presided over by SUIBE vice president Wu Zhong.
Yin Yao requested all units and departments of SUIBE to implement relevant decisions and requirements of the superior to ensure the health of the faculty and students as the pandemic situation remained grim and complicated. To better coordinate pandemic prevention and control and the development of the university, Yin said all units and departments should strengthen political responsibilities, improve teaching quality, mobilize the employment work and enhance humanistic care.
Vice Chairman of the University Council of SUIBE and Chairman of Discipline Inspection Commission Xu Mei made deployment on priorities of pandemic response in SUIBE according to the instructions of relevant meetings held by the superior.
