中国经济过去三十六年的经济发展绩效到底该怎样评价？中国政府是如何取得过去三十六年经济飞速发展绩效的？本讲座联系中外、穿越历史，有趣翔实地讨论了历史上政府与经济之间的互动关系及其经验教训，同时亦展望了中国未来政府治理模式和治理体系现代化的方向和路径，也给如今的政府和经济关系以经验和启示。
Abstract: How to evaluate the economic performance in the past 36 years of China? How did the Chinese government achieve this rapid economic performance in the past 36 years? This lecture relates Chinese and foreign, travels through Chinese history, using an interesting and informative way to discuss the interrelationship between the government and economy and the experiences and lessons we learned from Chinese history, at the same time, this lecture looks forward to the direction and way of Chinese governance patterns and governance system in future. Besides, this lecture also offers experience and enlightenment to today's government and economy relationship.
