一、培养目标
本专业以国际经贸谈判和国际争端解决人才需求为导向,旨在培养品学兼优、具有扎实的国际法和经济学理论基础和知识结构、突出的外语沟通能力的法商复合型高级人才,以及能够适应国际组织、政府部门、跨国公司、中介服务组织等急需的应用型专业人才。
二、学制
本专业学制为2.5年。在规定时期完成课程学习,但未完成学位论文者,可申请延长学习年限,累计延长学习年限一般不超过二年。

四、课程设置与学分要求
本专业硕士研究生在攻读硕士学位期间应修满34学分,其中公共课7学分,学位基础课16学分,专业选修课6学分,跨专业选修2学分,名师讲座2学分,社会实践1学分。具体课程安排和学分见附表。
五、科研能力和社会实践要求
为养成和具备较强的理论联系实际的能力,本专业研究生在读期间须积极参加社会实践,通过社会实践培养运用专业知识分析和解决实际问题的能力,从而进一步促进学生的专业理论知识水平,并增强学生的就业竞争实力,其考核可以采取撰写社会实践报告、疑难案例与现实热点法律问题分析等多种方式。具体要求参见《纽约国际588888线路检测中心研究生培养管理办法实施细则》和《纽约国际588888线路检测中心贸易谈判学院硕士研究生社会实践实施办法》。实习实践原则上从第四学期开始(出国留学除外)。
为了提高研究生学术科研能力,发挥研究生导师的研究指导作用,研究生在校期间必须在导师的指导下,从事科学研究,提高学术素养。鼓励研究生在校期间积极参加导师主持的科研项目,参加校内外相关的专题讲座和学术沙龙,提高理论与实践相结合的科研能力。具体科研要求参见《纽约国际588888线路检测中心研究生教育管理办法》和《纽约国际588888线路检测中心研究生培养管理办法实施细则》。
六、培养方式与成绩考核
本专业的学位基础课与专业选修课主要采用专题研究的方式,基本教学方法为老师重点讲授与学生积极参与讨论相结合,对学生的日常培养和训练采取导师负责制。
七、学位论文
本专业硕士研究生的学位论文开题报告应在第四学期初完成,由本学科硕士生指导小组组织进行。学位论文的写作要求见《纽约国际588888线路检测中心硕士学位论文内容和格式要求(2020年修订)》。

Schooloffering the program: School of Trade Negotiations
I.Objectives
Theteaching for this major aims at cultivating senior inter-disciplinaryprofessionals in international law and business who are excellent inboth moral and academic performances, with solid foundation andknowledge structure in international law and economics and well up incommunicating in foreign languages. This major focuses on cultivatingabilities of international trade negotiations and internationaldispute resolution, and bringing up much-needed application-orientedprofessionals adapt to international organizations, governments,multinational corporations and intermediary service organizations,etc.
II.Length of schooling
Theduration of the study is two and a half years. Students who areunable to complete degree thesis within stipulated period of time areallowed to apply for duration extension. However, the accumulatedextension of the length of program should not exceed two years.

IV.Credits requirements and courses
Studentsare required to obtain 34 credits throughout the program, whichincludes 7 common required courses credits, 16 required coursescredits, 6 credits for selective courses, 2 credits forcross-specialty course, 2 credits for lectures and 1 credit fromsocial practice. For specific arrangement for courses and credits,please see the annex.
V.Social practice and research
Forpurposes of developing the ability to combine theory and practice,students are required to participate in social practices so as tocultivate the skills to apply professional knowledge and solve thepractical issues. Subsequently, students can enhance theirtheoretical achievement and improve their competitiveness in the jobmarket. The assessment of such skills may take the form of socialpractice report, the analysis report on challenging cases and heatedlegal issues, etc. Specific requirements refer to DetailedRules for the Implementation of the Management Measures forPostgraduate Training of SUIBE and Implementation Methods of SocialPractice for Postgraduates of SUIBE Trade Negotiation School.Internship should start from the fourth semester in principle(studying abroad excluded).
Inorder to improve the academic research ability of graduate studentsand give full play to the research guidance role of graduatestudents' supervisors, graduate students must engage in scientificresearch under the guidance of their supervisors and improve theiracademic accomplishment.Encouragingstudents to actively participate in scientific research projectschaired by supervisors during school, participate in relevantlectures and academic salons on and off campus, and improve thescientific research ability combining theory and practice. VI.The mode of training and assessment
Thecourses are divided into basic and selective courses for graduatestudents and mainly adopt the way of topical research. All coursesare delivered by lecture, discussion and seminar. The teaching methodconnects a focus on the teaching with interaction among the students.A supervisor will be appointed to responsible for regular Teachingand education of the students.
VII.Dissertation
Studentsmust complete their thesis proposals at the beginning of the fourthsemester. Relative work should be organized by post-graduatesupervising group. Please refer to TheRequirements for the Format of Degree Thesis of the SUIBE (revised in2020) for detailed information.
